1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, or my business website, or by engaging me, Adebayo Daniel Ayomilekan, operating under HIGHNESS GLOBAL NEXUS LTD, for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using this website or my services.

2. Services Offered

I provide graphic design, brand identity, creative writing, website design, print and packaging design, and CAC business registration support in Nigeria, as described on this website or agreed in writing with a client.

3. Project Process & Deliverables

Project scope, timelines, deliverables and revision rounds are agreed with each client before work begins, based on the package or brief selected. Timelines depend on timely feedback and materials being provided by the client.

4. Payment Terms

Projects typically require an upfront deposit before work commences, with the balance due on or before delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices listed on this website are subject to change and may vary based on project scope.

Late or non-payment may result in a pause or cancellation of ongoing work, and delivered files may be withheld until payment is complete.

5. Revisions & Ownership

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds, as outlined at the time of booking. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client. I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, logos, or materials required to complete a project. Delays in providing these may affect delivery timelines.

7. CAC Business Registration Services

For CAC business registration services, I act as a facilitator between you and the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria. Processing times and outcomes depend on the CAC and are outside my direct control. I am not liable for delays or issues caused by government systems or incorrect information provided by the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or my services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing project with written notice. Fees for work already completed remain payable, and any deposit paid is non-refundable once work has commenced.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of this website or my services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
